Ok couple of things before we get to the fun stuff.
The bring a friend month is going great you guys are bringing in your friends and the are loving it thank you, our sucsess is due to our awesome clients!!
Please do not park along the side of the building I know parking gets tight due to the number of members we have but it gets hard to pull around cars and try to find a spot. Dont forget you can park in the back of the building just stay in a stall.
Coach Brandon has officially moved his 7am class back to the original 6:30am slot. This seems to work much better for everyones work schedules and im there either way.
Ok so my saturday morning class whats up guys?? One week its so packed we dont have enough equipment and some weekends I hear crickets. Please unless attenance picks up I will be only offering a saturday class every other weekend!! Please guys help me help you its hard to plan WODs when we dont know whos coming.
Lastly my family trip is coming up fast dont stress you guys are in great hands!! If you have any questions about whats going on ask me and I will talk you down. I dont get out of town much to see family so lets get all of the kinks out before I leave! Ask please.

Doing what sucks!! This is something that applies to all of us and in all facets of life. Sometimes we have to do what sucks! You know the things that we dont like to do or that hurt really bad. Sometimes when I look at a barbell sitting on the rack bending I look at it and say man I have to get under that thing and squat it?? That sucks but I want to be strong! Or how about when your PG&E bill comes and its $300 mand that sucks but you want to have lights at your house so you pay it. In life we have to do what is uncomfortable and its no fun but we want results. So many times I get a text the night a WOD is posted it looks like this "REALLY"!!! Ok I get it the WOD is hard but you pay us to get you fit so here it is. Do what sucks and get fit we dont get pleasure out of it we want to help you guys reach your goals!! ok maybe just a little pleasure?!?!?!
